Introduction
Soli Deo Music is a music teaching practice based in East Anglia, which specialises in harp tuition. Established in 2004, our mission is to provide the highest standard of musical tuition in a positive, efficient and friendly environment. We teach people of any age from beginners through to advanced level.
Our name comes from the latin phrase "Soli Deo Gloria" (To the Glory of God alone) that was found written in some of the scores by Johann Sebastian Bach.
The practice is directed by Peter and Hannah Collings who share in this mission. They are both professional musicians and teachers who met whilst training at the Birmingham Conservatoire.
Location
The practice is located in a beautiful rural location in North Suffolk within easy reach of Beccles, Bungay and Halesworth.
Resources
Teaching is based in a comfortable music room which contains a music library, a full size grand concert harp, a lever harp and access to high quality recording facilities.
